Booking Terms

Szép Balaton accepts reservations in writing (via email) or through its online booking system.

Once the reservation has been confirmed, it is considered valid and no advance payment is required.

By submitting a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted the booking, payment and cancellation terms, as well as the house rules.

Payment Terms

The full accommodation fee is payable on site, either upon arrival or departure.

Payment may be made in cash, by bank card, or with an SZÉP Card.

The tourist tax is HUF 750 /person /night and must be paid on site.

Guests with a permanent address in Balatongyörök and persons under 18 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

The tourist tax cannot be paid with an SZÉP Card.

Rules Regarding Children

Guests under the age of 18 may stay at the accommodation only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of children.

Enhanced supervision of children is strongly recommended throughout the accommodation premises.

Cancellation Terms

Reservations may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

In the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the accommodation reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Cancellations are accepted only in written form.

If the guest does not arrive on the reserved date or terminates their stay earlier than planned, the accommodation is entitled to charge the full reservation amount.
